Thank you for shopping at SN Motorsports. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Order Products

All products sold through SN Motorsports are made-to-order and sold on a pre-order basis. Because each item is custom manufactured upon order, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns once production has begun.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If production has already started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at snmotorsport01@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different vehicle models or product variants. Please ensure you select the correct model for your vehicle before ordering.
