Processing Time

All products are manufactured on a pre-order basis. Production times vary by product and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Typical production time is 4-8 weeks depending on the product and current order volume.

Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers. Shipping method and estimated transit times will be provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by location. Domestic (Thailand) orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
