Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all pre-order purchases made through SN Motorsports.

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. To request cancellation, contact us at snmotorsport01@gmail.com with your order number.

After 24 Hours

After the 24-hour cancellation window, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If production of your item has already begun, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

Approved cancellation refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled. You will be notified when your order enters production.
